Elliptical
I tried the elliptical bike in the basement of my apartment building.
I thought I would do a 30-minute straight workout. Boy I was wrong! I thought I was in a pretty good shape! Boy I was wrong! I had enough after a mere 7 minutes! I was breathing heavily. I took a three-minute break then did a 8-minute workout for a total of 15 minutes. I saw such a bike at a special price of $200. I was very tempted to buy it, but I figured out that if I use the elleptical I used this morning for 6 months, I will buy one. I don't want to spend away money.
