Hi, sorry spam is not on my list of healthy foods....I think 41 lbs is a big
accomplishment, I tried every other diet you could imagine, this is the only
one that worked so far....don't rain on my parade, just thought I would
share the news with other dieters.

And a little spamming. Sure a lot of us can beat this. What really counts
is where you'll be 2 to 5 years from now.

She'd probably be still spamming 2 to 5 years from now...

Congrats on the weight loss! What was different about this diet than
the others you have tried? Or do I need to pay you $17.50 for that
info?

Or maybe delve into some other underhanded activity. Also, notice that
the link is one of those "click and get paid" links. Meaning that
soemone's getting some bucks just from clicking on the link.

As I understood it, she only gets paid if someone buys the over-priced
book ($39 for an e-book?) after clicking on the link.

How was Boston?
