Robochallenge August Data Start
Robochallenge: http://www.delorie.com/health/adslc/
311/159.2/150 month-start: 159.6 monthly-goal: 64 oz. since: 01/12/2003 311/159.2/150 url: http://techmart.com/~cubit/BestMonth.gif After last month, odds are, things will be slow for August. The large drop, while at the top of the normal range, produces amazing physical changes. By eyeball, it looks like an entire inch of fat has disappeared from my lower belly. By feel, the previously turgid fat is now a bag of loose nodules, and very uneven in texture and shape. Calories per day: April: 1514 (parts estimated, when dining out 2 or 3 times a week) May: 1394 June: 1312 (but 3 days in Disneyland were not logged) July: 1121 (fanatical measuring, with no estimating) (no dining out, all food came from my kitchen) Macronutrients: Fat: 60% Protein: 21% Carbs: 9% Alcohol: 0% Net carbs: 27 (47 minus 20 fiber) Cubit |

Just curious about the nodules Cubit. I was alarmed this am as I was
laying on my back in bed I felt little rolly things around my rib cage area. They feel jelly bean shaped and sized. They move around a bit. Is it left over chunkies of fat? If so guess they will be removed when I get the lower body lift? Also I went in for my 6 month blood work and saw the doctor. I got naked except for the bra nad panties and as he looked at my body shape, he commented about how he couldnt believe how my trunkal body fat had reduced. He said he would even venture to guess my insulin resistancy was all together GONE!!!! He told me it would be very interesting to do a scan on my body and look at fat displacement since it is so dramatic. I will do pics again when I hit 150 lbs gone. They could be the same kind of thing. This is new to me too. I don't know
if it is the pattern of fat loss, or perhaps support structures (like veins & lymph) left behind by missing fat. My bet is that I just need to take more fat off and give my body time to re-engineer itself. "Laureen" wrote in message oups.com... Just curious about the nodules Cubit. Oh yeah light bulb just went off in my head It's kind of like defragging the computer. Getting rid of all the bits and pieces of things that are left behind and compressing them after deleting big things?????? BAH! Laureen 410/274/180 Cubit wrote: They could be the same kind of thing.
