Geri, congrats on losing 1.4 while on holiday, that's just so cool! I hope I
will be able to follow your example, I 'll be on holidays for 3 weeks in
November...

Hi Group....Yesterday was my first official WI at WW after being basically
on vacation for 3 weeks. I am very happy to tell you that I am down 1.4

lbs!
YeeHaw!! I was a little concerned about the WI..sure I had gained. My
mindset going to the meeting was that it's okay, I was on vacation, had a
wonderful time, now I'm ready to start fresh. The interesting thing was

that
while on vacation, unlike in the past, I was in the WW mode....most of the
time. I even ordered fruit and oatmeal for breakfast most mornings.
We spent some time with friends up at beautiful Lake Alminor in northern

CA.
They are health nuts and have a humongous vegetable and fruit garden. No
problem sticking to program there. We were thinking we might like to

retire
up there, but now that we are home again in the beautiful Pacific NW, I
don't think I want to live anywhere else but here. I'll bet Fred
understands!
Have a great week everyone. I'm happily catching up on all the posts.

Geri --

Wow, I would say that you did great to have been on vacation for three
weeks. I was just away for three days for a cross stitching retreat and I
gained, but we had a chef who prepared the most wonderful meals.
