Hi everyone, I thought I'd share 3 minor NSV's I had today plus one on the scale. First the one on the scale--it showed down 2.5 pounds to 253.75--I'm going to change my signature line and hope it stays away!!! Now the NSV's--first, I went to put my jeans on straight from the dryer this morning and although they were a little tight I didn't have to lie down on the bed to zip and snap them!! Second, I went to put my shoes on to exercise this afternoon and for the first time in years I tied them by bending over and didn't feel all the blood rush to my head and end up breathing like I ran a marathon!! Third, it now takes more work to get my heartrate up to Target when exercising at Curves--while this is a good thing for my heart it's a pain in the butt while exercising!!! Well, thanks for "listening"!! It's great to share these things with people who understand the "feeling"!!! -- Janice 263/256.25/150 (maybe 130) |
