Good for you! Not eating before weighing isn't cheating, but you're
really only fooling yourself...LOL Especially if you ate before
weighing the previous week. I've seen some really odd rituals at
weigh-in. Some folks strip down to the bare essentials. I've always
maintained that the scale is not really an accurate measurement of
success, but unfortunately it's the only one WW uses. You'll know
you've lost real body mass when your clothes start feeling looser. In
the meantime - congrats on the good loss and keep up the good work!

I have my evening meal after weigh-in: always have! So long as you do
the same each week, where's the cheat?

I was just adding a little humour :-)

I did have breakfast, just chose to have lunch after my meeting.

I don't think I would ever resort to stripping down :-)

Great job this week.

I don't eat before my WI. That's the beauty of a 7:30am meeting. WI in at
7am and home by 9:30am for breakfast. I do get a large coffee for during the
meeting and if I remember I bring some fruit or yogurt to the meeting for
breakfast. during the summer I go to a 5pm WI. I tend to stress out all
afternoon that I will drink too much water and the scale will be up. Very
nerve racking indeed.

I don't consider it a cheat. Been consistant from week to week means that
any loss/gain is real and not the result of the last meal that you ate (or
didnot eat).

You'd be surprised at what people do at these meetings. I did not witness it
myself but one girl stripped down to tee shirt and panties this morning. And
this was in a mixed (male/female) public storefront. I think that is a
little too much. I have also seen one woman strip down to her nightgown.
Many thought that was funny. Many, myself included, just wear roughly the
same weight clothing each week to keep consistant.

I deliberately picked a Saturday morning meeting so I
could go without eating. I don't even drink water
before I go.

I have to admit, I was wearing a heavy sweater once and weighed in and was
truly disappointed in the numbers, the leader that was weighing, who I have
known for about 17+ years now, told me to just take the sweater off since it
was so heavy. I thought about it and did, stripped to my bra on the top
half only. Then proceeded to get dressed, if any one saw me it was only my
back and this was in a mixed meeting in a public storefront.
