Default 3 fat chicks on a diet

I often look at their webs site as well as the hungry girl site. Anyway
I just finished reading their book, which reviews all of the current
weight loss plans, and WW gets excellent reviews especially for those
who want support in their weight loss journey.

Yes, but I'd be happy to mail it to anyone rather than suggest they buy
it. Everyone here is firmly entrenched in WW and I think the book is
more for someone searching for a program who is not familiar with all of
them. It reviews all the basic programs, pros and cons, and has a few
good recipes but it is probably for me not worth it that I paid for a
hardback edition.
