I lost 2 lbs :-) I'll take it - but I know that when I went last week, I
was wearing much heavier (think snow) shoes. This week - I'm going to aim for more water and better meal planning. Teri |

I also find wearing similar outfits helps me feel better about every weight

I do, however, wear blue jeans even though the leader hollers about how many pounds they add. Since that's what I wear every time, it's consistent. -- M'Lou |
