What did you eat today?
I miss Chris. What did she eat today? So far I had coffee with a
sugar cube and a piece of whole wheat toast with a tablespoon of apricot jam and 8 slices of banana. |

My 3rd meal was a chicken salad... 4 ounces chicken atop spinach, cucumber, radish, baby carrot, green pepper and red onion. Simple olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing. 4th meal curried shrimp and about 2 cups of collards with a few pecan halves. Turned out after cooking my salad chicken for the week, I was tired and will do the casserole tonight.
