hey, i guess i'm one of those..but not a newbie..i lost 20 lb the 1st time i
did low carb..husband lost 60..we're doin it again since we're goin on a
well deserved trip to maui in april..but it was time anyway

I think the low-carb fad is over. Most people I know have given it up. They
just got tired of it they said. Some came Jan 1st they either didn't bother
or maybe are trying some other diet.

It never was a fad to many people, for those it's a WOL. How many is "most"
people you know?

It never was a fad to many people, for those it's a WOL. How many is
"most" people you know?


3 of the 5 gals and 1 guy at the office. The other 2 gals are normal weight.
Both neighbors gave up low-carbing a few years back. I know it's a WOL life
for some. That's great, but a lot of folks get tired of it after a few
years. One gal at the office was on Atkins for at least 6 yrs, and finally
had to give it up.
