Food & Exercise -- 6/28/2007
Fairly typical Thursday. Went for an early run, before it got too
hot. I was supposed to go work at the conservancy this afternoon, but when I got there they didn't have anything for me to do (they were busy with a kids herpetology day camp) so I went to hang out at the winery for a couple of hours. This evening DH and I set out to go for a short hike but a thunderstorm started as soon as we left the house so we turned around. It's now raining steadily, which is very much needed! Food: * 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 12:30 -- 2:30 (winery -- brought the sandwich with me to eat at conservancy but ate it there instead): sandwich with a couple of ounces of Healthy Choice ham in a whole wheat bun, with mustard; 2 glasses wine * 4:30 (home): energy cookie * 8:00 (home): 2 cups chunky pot roast soup Exercise: * 7:00 a.m.: 3 mile run Chris 262/130s/130s |
