Elaine,

Sorry for your troubles. You know how to do this, and you can turn
this round. Glad you are back OP, but remember even when the stress
gets too much, try to limit the damage as much as you can. Everything
helps when you are trying to limit points.

That's what I LOVE about WW, doesn't matter, just get back OP and everything
will be fine.

You screwed up your nerve and weighed in. Good for you. Facing facts
is often the hardest part. But now you know where you stand, AND you
already know what to do to reverse the trend and get back on the
losing trail once again. You can do this, Elaine. You can do this.

Thanks, Coleen. Yes I do know I can do it as long as the stress keeps away
and things seem to be running great for me just now.

Thanks, Ray. I seem to be fine except when stress hits and then I go out of
control and don't seem to care about anything except eating sweets. I guess
I can live with that as long as there's WW's to get it back off again
immediately.

Thanks Suzy. Same here, WW's is a lifesaver for me - especially the points
system as I find it so easy to get back OP after falling by the wayside. It will
take time to get those pounds off, but at least the damage is not as bad as it
could have been.

Thanks, Prairie Roots. It did take courage, but I didn't have enough to go
to my regular meeting ;-D I went to the one the next day and by the end of
this week, I will have had a loss & be back to my regular meeting ;-D As
long as the stree keeps away, I will stay OP - I know this from past
experience!

Thanks, Donna. I did try them, but my body (& my mind) knew they weren't real
sugar ;-D One thing that did help was peanut butter sandwiches - which at least
contained some good food ;-D

Elaine,

Keep some sugar free candies around. That helps me. Or, I buy things like
the little York chocolate mint patties (one of my favorite foods) in the
snack size instead of the full size. The snack ones are 1 point. I can
nibble on one or two of those & feel like I've had a treat. Last time I
went shopping I bought some sugar free chocolate bars & peanut butter cups
(the itty bitty ones!). I'll eat one or two of those and be satisfied, but
if I have a regular sized candy bar, I'll eat it all!

You know you can do it. It just means doing it. Just as long as
everyone has their health, things are looking back up.
