Ohhh pizza... how evil but how great tasting. Sorry for your 3 pounds,
definitely water retention. You'll have it back off in no time.

Yeah, it's off already Kristin. It wasn't really worth eating to be honest,
didn't taste like anything, just salt! I'll try making my own next time,
that way I can control how much meat goes on. I like veggie pizzas, but DH
likes his with lots of meat on them. He eats what I make though or he goes
hungry, or pulls out a can of ravioli!

It'll be gone again before you know it, so don't worry about the gain - and
you know why it happened, so it'll be easier to get back to losing. As you
expect anyway, most of it is probably water.

Well done for exercising 3 times ;o)
