Default 100 Pounds down - almost!

This morning I did my usual routine getting up - upon weighng myself,
the scale said 203! Then I got off and moved the scale - it then flashed
203 for a moment then went to 204. Damn!

No matter where I moved it, it continued to stop at 204. Oh, well -
I'm using a chart to monitor my progress. Started at 303lbs, 5'8" on
Jan 9. Other than a couple of stalls, I've been loosing consistantly and
should reach my target of 180 before new years.

Ken
303/204/180 - 9 Jan '04 Formerly on 540u of insulin and
2000mg Glucophage per day. Now no diabetes meds at all!
Low carb/low fat/low salt/low cal, 10 -20 miles bike riding per day.
Started in 48x29 jeans, now 35x28!
