Default aches and pains

I have been on this LC induction and, have back ache and also headaches , I
think it is from going to decalff , I used to drink alot of coffee and I
think my body is rebelling, anybody else have this problem.
Also after I eat I get very warm for a few minutes - does this mean that my
matabalizem is finally working?

Have some coffee--tomorrow if it keeps you up at night. Then
either try to decrease your consumption gradually or wait and see
whether you can drink it and still lose weight. Cutting of your
caffeine all at once can give you a horrendous headache.

The Induction period has been discussed often here with symptoms of
headaches, body aches, general sluggish feeling etc. Some have even
mentioned periods of lightheadedness.
There has also been many reasons discussed.
Coffee could be the culprit.. as can be your body getting used to
getting it's energy from a different source.. or even the possibility
of sugar/carb withdrawal .
My suggestion would be to have a small snack (legal for induction of
course) to ward off that your blood sugar is too low . And bear with
it.. it will pass !

Good Luck

Sometimes going off caffeine can be too difficult. Try your drinking half
regular/half decaffeinate coffee and see if your headaches ease.

Default aches and pains

I too was a caffeine drinker. As some of you all know, I did it cold
turkey pretty much. I was what I call dazed for a few days. Intense
headaches, actually felt like I was faint at times. I am glad I did
it that way. My body let me know I had tortured it enough, I see it as
my payback for putting the junk into my boday.

I allready had/have pain. I take percocets anyways for pain for the
fibro. Also sometimes muscle relaxers. The pain and achiness have
increased. I am taking vitamins, potassium, magnesium, also a extra B
complex vitamin. The pain though is getting to me at times. Its
increased the last few days. Though I did some exercise on my
stationary bike. Was able to handle 15 minutes. I also walked some,
like more than usual. Just taking it a day at a time. Thats all we
can do. I don't want to.. Have no desire to go back to my old way of
eating. No way!
I hope it just eases up. I know it will.

Like the old saying goes. No pain, No gain.
