If you'd have to choose just one health tip to tell someone, what would it be? I think mine would be that if you control portions and watch calories, no food should be taboo even when dieting. (excluding things like heavy trans fat foods, of course.) Drink lots of water and exercise enough, too... produces an awesome feeling!
