Default Overages and exercise

Depending on a few things (i.e. what kind of pizza, what was in the greek
salad, what kind of bread you made the toast with, and was the chicken
boneless?) then I estimated around 36-40 points for all that.

There is a great website to look up almost anything for what points it has.
Since you're doing this on your own, it would be of great use to you.

www.dwlz.com

You certainly earned exercise points on Sunday and Monday, but I would have
to know how much you weigh to know how many activity points you earned.
That also will tell you if you've gone over for the day, and how many of
your flexpoints you used.

Above all, don't worry! Today is a new day!
