Default Five Components Of Physical Fitness

There are five components of physical fitness.

The first of the five components of physical fitness is cardiovascular
endurance which is your ability for your heart and lungs to work
efficiently over a long period of time at a moderate intensity.
Exercises such as biking and walking running and swimming will help to
improve your cardiovascular endurance.

The second of the five components of physical fitness is muscular
endurance which is your ability to perform a specific exercise for a
long period of time such as push-ups squats lunges etc.

The third of the five components of physical fitness is muscular
strength and that is your ability to lift a moderate weight.
Resistance training will help you to improve your muscular strength.

The fourth of the five components of physical fitness is flexibility
which allows you to move through a full range of motion stretching and
relaxing your muscles without pain. Yoga is one of the best exercises
to help improve this component.

The fifth component of physical fitness is your body fat percentage
which can be tested to determine whether you are carrying excess fat.
If you are then you'll need to consider changes to your days and
exercise routine to reduce your fat levels.
