Default Hello?

Hello, hello, hello
Is there anybody in there?
Just nod if you can hear me.
Is there anyone at home?

Come on, come on down,
I hear you’re feeling down.
Well I can ease your pain,
Get you on your feet again...

Anybody home?

Will~

Default Hello?

I'm here. I was in Chicago for five days and returned home Wednesday at
midnight. I did not go to WW nor did I get on the scale. Instead I
watched what I ate all day.
breakfast...one egg, one piece double fiber bread, two plums, tea
lunch...Subway 6 inch veggie sandwich, light chips, diet coke
dinner...roast chicken, squash with lemon and oregano, sauteed Swiss
chair, salad with heirloom tomatoes and cucumber no dressing, ice tea
snacks ...1 WW giant giant fudge bar, 1/2 package light microwave kettle
corn lots of water
Today I went on a 40 minute walk and I will do gardening before I
shower. I have lunch and dinner out today but am mentally ready to make
good choices.

Default Hello?

I'm here
I had so-so weigh in this week. Hubby has been on vacation the last
4 weeks so my routine has been different, plus too much restaurant
eating, and a potluck dinner (my friends are all great cooks, but not
diet food) plus 2 baby showers with cake and all kinds of treats.
The scale is up 1.8 lbs, but still within my goal range. It could
have been much worse. Hubby goes back to work next week, so I expect
it will go back to normal.
I did kind of lose focus, as far as my exercise goes.. I really need
to work on that.

No, I am just really afraid I'll gain it all back if I'm not real
careful. It would be so easy just to stop counting points....
After 15 months at goal I still journal, weigh and measure all my
food.

Hang in there!!

I'm sick with some kind of flu/chest infection/something...

So I'm sitting here downloading music "from back when" and singing (sounds
wonderfull with a sore throat and a stuffed nose) and crying my eyes out
(makes it sound even better, hope the neighbors are out!).. how dumb is
that? Feels great though.. you know.. kinda connecting with everything I
left behind when I moved out here.. I do that every once in a while and then
I'm good for another 6 months or so..

I'm too sick to do much.. I'm BORED!!!

eating fruits though! AH !

The fact that you're getting back on track makes you even more of a pro...

Keep on keeping on, but take note of your successes!
