Default How the mighty have fallen....

...in weight! ;-)

This morning I am 199.6, and while I may have to spare a couple of
ounces for dehydration from the tequila last night, it doesn't change
the fact that I'm under 200lbs for the first time that I can conciously
remember.


Also, got my blood work back from the DR. I'll post the exact numbers
soon, but here are the key quotes: "Your blood work is normal, your
cholesterol profile is excellent!". And that's from almost induction
level carbs since Feb 15...

Wow! Way to go! I recently got under 200 too, and I'm NEVER GOING BACK!!! LOL
