Hi all,

The following ebook is a must have for those wanting to lose weight
easily! Remember though... there is no miracle weight loss program!!
This is very effective, providing you stick to the plan. It isn't a
hard core diet regime so don't be put off if you're a binge eater!

In 2002, I weighted 267 pounds at 5'4. At 267 pounds, I was
embarrassed to go out, I was exhausted, I was having back problems
from the extra weight and my blood pressure was high. I had tried
every diet anybody told me about or that I read about with no success.
I was constantly looking for ways to lose weight and hoping to find
something that would finally work for me. I would sometimes lose a few
pounds but then always put it back on, usually with more along with
it. I was so sick of being fat. I hated the way I looked and the ugly
clothes I had to wear. It was getting to the point that I couldn't
even enjoy going to the movies because I would barely squeeze into the
seat. I knew there had to be something somewhere that would help me

lose weight. Finally, I began just doing what I thought would work for
me and discarding all the things that didn't work from the other diets
I had tried. I came up with an eating and exercise plan that, as you
