When I realized I wasn't even going to make my pathetic little goal, I was too tired to care. Jenn |

I work from a home office and I just don't have cause to move that much! One of my New Year's Resolutions was to use the upstairs bathroom rather than the one on this floor just as a way to add incidental exercise to my life. Like you, I was too exhausted to try to go out for a walk when I saw I wasn't making goal. You see, my 9,800 steps includes a three mile run along my race course including a route aptly named "Mountain Road." I shaved two minutes off my time from last week. I've got to believe that steps obtained by running up mountains count for more than steps obtained strolling through malls! Dally |
