low carb bread

Hi I am new here or whatever, lurked several times Hee Hee
I am wondering if someone has a recipe for a low carb bread?
Just have the hungrys for home made bread.
I would go to the bread newsgroup but I thought this newsgroup would be more
informative.

Indeed, low carb bread recipes are discussed here frequently. Head on over
to Google Groups and search the ASDLC archives for "bread" or "low carb
bread" and "recipe" or "REC." I think you'll find quite a few discussions
that are just what you are looking for.

There's something called Nimble Carbs So Low bread available at Tesco, but
I've only seen it online and don't know any more details about it. I'm going
to look out for it though. Nimble's Soft Wholemeal sliced loaf has 7.4g per
slice, so it's presumably lower than that.

I had some of the low carb Nimble and I think its just the 7.4g per slice stuff
but rebranded. Didn't rate it as bread - too light and flimsy, but
it was okay for an occasional piece of toast.
