I shall just have to be a bit more on points this week, and see if I can
shift the last few to my personal goal of 70 gone.

I will, Lee!

Lots of zero point vegetable soups, more salad, and not sitting on me
fat bits for too long every day! I have a velvet thing to cut out
today, and a last box of fabric to shift up to the loft... Followed by
a funeral for a friend. Plenty to keep me busy today and out of the
fridge! And the sewing over the next few days will do that too!

I doing OK so far today:

Breakfast: 2 Oatibix, an apple, and 5 fl oz semi skimmed milk = 4 points
Lunch: 1 bowl of point free soup, 2 slices of bread with a scrape of low
fat marge, and a Muller Light yoghurt = 4 points.

Dinner will be 3 Bowyers low fat sausages, oven chips, and salad, for 6
points, and maybe some fruit or some more yoghurt, or a small ice cream,
for 1.5 points. If I have a little vinaigrette dressing with the salad,
that will be a maximum total of 8 points for dinner, leaving me a couple
for a snack with my cup of tea now and one later in the evening. I'm
aiming for 18 points per day to lose this last bit, whereas I'd be on 23
per day for maintenance.
