Default New Diet and Nutrition Software

NuTrak - Nutrition & Life Tracking Software

Unique software that goes beyond the usual food database to allow the
addition of any nutrient, herb, supplement, drug, human activity, reaction
or result. NuTrak's database includes the Life Extension Foundation dietary
supplement line.

Very flexible journal software that can be used for any kind of diet,
fitness or health enhancing program.

If interested, please visit www.nutrak.com.

I'll pretend you are not spam, since I like to hear about new diet software.

I looked at your screenshots, and I feel that the download version of Fitday
is better.

I have given up hope on Fitday ever doing an upgrade.

First, I must apologize to those who think I was spamming. No one hates
spam more than I but I was unaware of newsgroup etiquette.

FitDay does look like good software and is certainly prettier. NuTrak is
very generic and designed so that people can add their own nutrients,
herbs, supplements, etc. I wrote the program originally for tracking
supplements because I take a lot and actually eat very little food.

Thanks for your input,
Dave
