Default Carol Ann - September Challenge

Amazingly, I ended the month at the same weight I started it, even with two
weeks of nothing but high carb foods. I had Crash look at the scale,
because I didn't want to see a huge number. I'm stunned, but happy. Now
it's time to buckle down.

I'm not in for the October Challenge. At some point, I have to provide my
own motivation. Now's as good a time as any.

Well, for years I was smart.... I recommend pleasant. You may quote me."

Oh well you must have burned extra calories keeping yourself warm
without electricity and gas! ;-) Now that you're back on track with
monies and utilities, it's just a matter of a little bit of time
before you're back on track with weight loss and healthy lifestyle.
I've read your post about opening cabinet and looking into them.
That's funny. Because that's what I often do too, I like opening
cabinets and especially fridge and just look into them. I don't know
whether it's related to stress or not, but it's certainly fun to look
into cabinets... it's like there's a mini supermarket inside.

Anyway, enough of my nonsense and I wish you the very best because you
have a very very kind heart!!

Cheers,
Ada
