Supposedly, a lot of cigarette smoking is habitual, and it's hard to
break habits. For instance, I wear glassed when I lift weights in the
morning. They typically slip down my face due to sweat, so I'll push
them back up. When I've put in my contacts and gone lifting, I'll still
put my hand to my face to push up my glasses, even though I don't have
any glasses on. That type of habit is hard to face and break.

How did this happen? This is supposed to be in response to Luna's stuff
about smoking.
