Default fructose and the Today Show

This morning on the Today Show there was another doctor saying how bad
"fructose" was and how this is not turned into insulin and just goes to body
fat. Did anyone else see this?

I didn't see this, but I find it interesting. Fructose is a simple
sugar like glucose.

I'm in maintenance, but I cannot eat fruit since it causes havoc with my
reactive hypoglycemia. Everyone is different, though.

Default no no noo

The Doc was saying about fructose in the American diet and how much cheaper
it was to produce than sugar and since 1970s or so, fructose has been part
of the American diet in yogurt and almost every product. The manufacturer
makes money because fructose is cheaper than sugar. Fructose is apparent in
almost every prepared food sold in the USA.

The doc was recommending KETO catsup, etc.
