Eggs and Diabetics
Read an article this weekend which mentioned that eating egss was okay and not
to worry about the cholesterol. Then it said the exception to eating eggs was diabetics but did not explain. Can one of the diabetics in the group shed any light on this? It's aroused my curiousity. BillJ |

The diet that we diabetics use now is a lower carb diet, not the old high
carb low fat exchange diet that kicked our sugar and weight up! Eggs are a great food and have very little carb count so they don't have an effect on glucose, yeah!! Yeah I have to agree with Nancy, whatever the specific reasons diabetics
should avoid eggs has escaped me, they be yum yum.
