Food & Exercise -- 10/18/2003 - 10/21/2003
Well, we're back from Pennsylvania. We had a good, though brief,
vacation with my mother-in-law -- had dinner at her home Saturday night with Bob's brother and his sons (SIL was away on a business trip), then took her to an inn in Buck's County for two nights. As far as eating goes, I indulged some but not too badly -- never went crazy :-). I had hoped to do some exercise at least one day and never got the chance -- no facilities at the inn, and really no time without taking it away from DH & MIL. We did do a bunch of walking on Monday, including climbing lots of stairs at a museum. And we walked around shopping a fair bit. And I used the stairs all the time in the inn going to and from our 3rd floor room. But it wasn't much. Back to the gym tomorrow morning, though.
