Which one are you all doing? Which do you like better?

mostly do flex, I need the structure, try core from time to time when I
think it will fit better with what we are doing, but in doing so I accept that this is a maintaining time and not a losing time, I do it mostly when we are traveling and I want to enforce healthy choices with little counting, but overall flex is what I need to lose, Lee T. I go from one to the other depending on my mood.. what I have in the fridge,

Definitely the FLEX....I incorporate some CORE meals in, but I like my carbs
