Function. Health is good, looks are fine, sex is fine, but I'm pretty
darn uncomfortable when I try to run fast or climb hills hauling this bulk.

I get the exercise because without it, I know I'll be spending $1500 a year
on blood pressure and cholesterol drugs. And osteoporosis drugs. And
arthritis drugs later. And still later dementia drugs. And sometime,
possible on insulin diabetes and dialysis. Or getting treated for colon
cancer -- and I've already had Hodgkins lymphoma. And oh yes, I'm trying to
keep from having a fatal heart attack at 57 like my dad. or have my
vascular system collapse at 66 like my grandfather.
