Default 100 Healthy Days: November 12 (Day 1)

I am getting my butt back in gear, especially now that the holiday
season (open grazing) is approaching.

I set 10 goals that I intend to meet within the next 100 days (99, as of
today), and, although I am journaling on paper, I thought it would be a
good thing to journal here as well--accountability and encouragement and
all that.. And, as traffic has been light--maybe it'll give people
something to talk about.

Nutrition:
1 c cooked oatmeal with 2 tbs dried fruit bits, 1 pkg sweetener, 1 tbs
cream
2 cups baby greens with 5 scallops, drizzle of balsamic
1 cup sugar free/fat free hot cocoa
2 cups home made vegetable soup
1 cup green beans
1 small slice corn bread
5 oz pork chop
1 peanut butter cookie
sip of DH's beer...

Exercise:
Elliptical 2.6 miles
Leg Press
Calf Raises
Ab/Adductor
Crunches
Pushups
Chin ups

It's nice to see another familiar face I have to admit I did a
double-take when I saw 100 days in the subject line.....was thinking of
Caleb.

I had a similar feeling about getting back on track a few weeks ago and
returned to WW for a WW-at-Work session. I'm in my 8th week and hit my goal
today. Like you I now need to watch my weight during the holidays.

Oh my god!! I never even thought of Caleb (do I dare speak the name?).
That is so funny! But no, I'm really not doing much different than my
usual, other than sticking to my eat less, exercise more life plan. I
think just the act of tracking food and exercise makes me *feel*
healthier--even if I eat some crap.

Woohoo to you on making goal!

Amy
Oh, and I know I posted wrong numbers yesterday...
