Default okay, I take it all back ..

First of all, last night I ended up eating a WHOLE OTHER chocolate bar and languishing in a blissful sugar stupor.
That half a bar of harmless 12 carbs I ate earlier triggered a very sneaky delayed craving and BINGE-O-RAMA !

Secondly, that great peanut butter I was raving about ? ... no more walmart generic for this girl. All that hydrogenated oil constipates me. Got myself some Laura Scudders natural kind today. When I subtract the fiber carbs it's only 4 carbs per 2 Tablespoons.

Live and learn.

Why ?????

Post your reasons instead of just name calling. Most people in the modern
world are now using HTML mail even with the problem associated with virus's.

It doesn't bother me either Michael and I don't get what the fuss is, but I
think newsgroups are *supposed* to be in plain text for some reason or
another.

this isn't email. usenet is a text medium. html doesn't belong here.

The reason is that html and binaries take up a lot more space on servers.
ISPs expect plain text newsgroups to be plain text and allot so much space
on their servers for them. When people start sending attachments or posting
in html the space gets used up faster and posts start falling off the server
faster. If it gets too bad it starts to affect other newsgroups which are
housed on the same servers.

Attachments and html should only be posted to newsgroups with 'binaries' in
the newsgroup name where they're expected and ISPs allot more space for
them.

Hope this helps.

There are still folks using 'dinosaur' programs that do not read html.
Who are you to insist that they switch to something more convienent for
you?

Excuse me???? Try reading for comprehension. I didn't insist on anything!! I
was explaining why html shouldn't be used in plain text newsgroups. Your
post makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
