You shouldn't be skipping meals because then you're that
much more likely to binge the next time you let yourself
eat. Having said that, I think if you aren't hungry it's not good
to force yourself to eat. But I have to ask how much exercise
you're getting? The more I exercise, the hungrier I feel.
And you can't be healthy over all without exercise.

If you don't have a weight problem don't worry about it. Otherwise,
skipping meals is unwise. Eat more meals and eat smaller portions.
Six meals may be optimal.

Default question about skipping dinner

Hello Jagdip,

I don't think skipping dinner is good for you. It makes me wonder if your
eating too much for lunch. I think you should eat 5 times a day.
Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner. Smaller portions, better foods,
vegetables, fruits, lean meats, balanced carbohydrates, fats, and proteins
are needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

There are times when skipping a meal may come about like when you are very
busy at work and you don't have time to go out and pick something up. I'd
recommend buying beforehand a meal supplement item like health bars and
such. Just make sure it is something that's healthy in nutrients, low in
calories and such.

Obviously skipping a meal once in a while won't have a long lasting result,
but if you are doing it to lose weight and are doing it regularly then your
not doing your body any good.
