Hark! I heard Ignoramus19080 say in

You know, some people just don't like to exercise. I'm not sure why. Maybe
a bad experience with a PE instructors.

Or 20 years in the Army being forced to go on 4 am runs in the case of my
DH. Not to mention the mandatory PT classes where the instructor was a
petite young woman who barely broke a sweat while the "big, strong" GI Joes
thought they were gonna die during the aerobic "dance" class. He still
sites that as his reason for hating exercise classes!
