Weighed in Monday night at 125.5--a 3.5 pound loss. Woohoo.

It feels good to be back on track. I was able to make it to the gym five
days last week, but only one day so far this week. And the weather has
been crap, so even walking is treacherous.

I'm thinking about signing up for Weight Watchers e-tools, but I'm not
sure that it would be worth it. Bev, have you ever used the site?

Have a good one, everybody.

If you're willing to sacrifice the community aspect of the Weight
Watchers tools, you can use John Walkers free logging tools at

https://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/HackDiet/

He also has some excel spreadsheets up that help track calories in
common foods, but that's all just a matter of looking things up anyway.

Yeah, I've used fitday and spark in the past, and I like both for what
they do. I think I do better with the Weight Watchers method when it
comes to journaling and looking up point values in the books rather than
online. It's a mental thing...

But thanks for the pointer.

Thanks for nothing Amy. The site you recommended is merely a place to
record your weight. There is not calorie counter such as Fitday has.
You can't know this until you've gone through the irksome registration
process.

I've never used the e-tools.

WTG on the weight loss. Looks like you're really back on track.

Congrats! Can't help with the question though, don't do WW.

Hope you get better weather soon!

I hit a new low on the scale today... hope I can keep things there,
but we'll see. Challenge for Sunday... meal out, food will probably be
saltier than what I cook, so heaven only knows what Monday's weigh-in
will be like. Can't miss the occasion though. And whatever the food
is, I suspect there will be some relatively healthy options.

To what irksome site are you referring?
