White Omelet (provided you make this with very little oil, like one spraying of PAM) Mahurshi Akilla I use Egg White powder from Rose Acre Farms, 4Tb powder in 1 cup water = 1/2 of my diet's daily protein (48g) cook a 1/2 cup of chopped celery, jalapeno pepper in a 10" teflon pan for a few minutes then pour the cup of egg whites over, put some slices of Italian tomato on top and cook 5 min.. makes a great Italian Frittata (omelet) 200 calories I also use 4 shakes of Turmeric blended in the 1 cup liquid egg white to make it yellow like a omelet using whole eggs. compare my Frittata's 48g protein vs. the 3-4 grams protein in your omelet.. |
