Food & Exercise -- 4/4/2007
Typical Wednesday -- gym, quick grocery store stop, then home. I have
a worsening cold so am taking it pretty easy, though still exercising. Tomorrow we're driving up to PA for the day to have lunch with my MIL and SIL (who's visiting MIL from Michigan), and I probably won't get in a run beforehand, between the schedule and not feeling all that well. Food: * 8:00 (home): 1 serving instant oatmeal w/ 22g peanut butter & 5g flax seed * 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): apple * 1:45 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup * 7:45 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese & 10g grated Le Bousserois cheese (a French hard cheese); 8 oz. wine Totals: 1266 (173 from alcohol), 32g fat (23%), 110g carbs (35%), 97g protein (31%) Exercise: * 10:00: Lifting: snatch pull; power snatch; power clean w/ split jerk; clean pull; back squat * 11:00: 75 minute yoga class Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
