I am eating right now! I am on my 8th tomato for the day.

I am going to announce a tomato challenge, whoever eats most tomatoes,
wins. We already have a few insane chalenges going on here (like water
challenge), why not issue mine.

i

Why is the water challenge insane? It's not a contest to see who can drink
the most but instead a way to motivate people to get enough fluids.

I'm wondering the same thing. I am not in a contest w/ anyone to see who can
drink the most water ... but to keep myself aware of how much water I consume
until the increase in water consumption becomes more natural or habitual for
me.
I have gone weeks w/o drinking any water at all.

That's nice. In the mean time, Mr. Kerry needs help with his grammar. ;-)

I find it odd to compete, in some way, about who drinks how much
water, of all things. Not that I question the value of drinking water,
but drinking water is not any sort of accomplishment to make a
challenge of.

Well, I can see why you don't get it .. it's not a competition .. it's a
challenge.

I agree that there is nothing "insane" about a water challenge -- it is definitely a
goal I need to keep top of mind!

I don't think a water challenge is insane. We've got to retrain

Thanks Dally! Actually, from the very beginning hydration was one of my
goals. When I first started this WOL -- over a year ago -- I wrote down
three goals and one of they was "stay hydrated" because I knew at the
time that was an issue for me. I think that I've done well with it.
Bringing my 1 liter water bottle to work with me each day certainly helps!
