Default Worst Points Foods

We are always emphasizing about what's good on points around here. So for
fun the other day when we were shopping, we decided to look at labels and
see if we could find the worst food possible. Well, we found a surprising
number of things. Some more common items than people might realize.
Particularly for kids, which kind of helped me understand why so many kids
are overweight today.

So in the interest of better understanding what is really bad for us, I want
people to share the worst point foods they find. Here's mine:

The Swanson "All Day Breakfast". Contains eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and
homefries. No wonder they call it "all day". I wouldn't feel like eating
anything else. It has a big banner on it that says "contains over 1lb of
food!"

1030 calories
64g of fat (really)
690mg cholesterol
78g carbs

I can feel my arteries hardening just writing this. I would tell you how
many points, but my point counter doesn't actually go high enough. Probably
a sign that you shouldn't even consider eating it. Actually, I kind of
pictured the point counter running and cowering away from the box.

Incidentally, while I was writing this, I found a somewhat humorous although
crude review of it he

I saw a Swanson ad on TV the other day for a frozen dinner that they
emphasize it contains "A pound and a half of food". Could it be any worse?

So, next time you are at the grocery store, have a look around and see if
you can find anything worse than the All Day Breakfast and post about it.

Hey, you forgot to mention that it has fibre :-) !!

I ran it through my point counter and it comes out at 25 points!

I always tease my DH about the two sandwiches he tends to want each time he
goes to Subway. Although he doesn't go there much anymore. Maybe this is
why....

6" Meatball Sub
calories: 612
fat grams: 24
fib 4

6" Tuna Sub
calories: 527
fat grams: 31
fib 4

And he usually has to have a 12" sub, so double all those numbers!!

12" Meatball Sub: 28 points
12" Tuna Sub: 25 points

I can't stand to eat all that fat and usually have a 6" chicken breast or
vegie without cheese. Comes in at somewhere between 3.1 and 5.3 grams of
fat and about 250 - 300 calories. Drives my husband nuts...He hates vegies.

Yes, i usually have the roasted chicken breast from subway too. While
the rest of my family has like meatballs or something. It's amazing to
see how much fat some of the things we use to eat have. These hamburger
patties i use to eat, had like 15 grams of fat and I told my mom to
never make me one of those again lol. Idk if any of you like juice but
yesterday I was grocery shopping and was craving some good juice. I got
some welches juice that is lite..its called mountain berry and its sooo
good. About 1 pt for 8 oz and it also contains calcium..idk how juice
can but it does!
