Food & Exercise -- 5/12/2005
A fairly typical Thursday -- work, then gym. No lunchtime walk,
though, due to a meeting. Food: * 8:15 (home): 30g Hi-Protein Crunch cereal, 30g All Bran, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk * 12:00 (work, brought from home): large salad w/ 2 cups greens, a bunch of veggies, 155g grilled salmon, 3 tbsp f/f balsamic vinaigrette * 2:00 (work, from the bag there): Tootsie Pop * 3:00 (work, brought from home): protein bar * 8:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat English muffin w/ 3 slice f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 11:00 (home -- planned): snack-size peanut butter cup Totals: 1539 calories, 38g fat (22%), 163g carbs (42%), 151g protein (39%) Exercise: 5:00 -- Olympic lifting & cardio * Shoulder warmups * Overhead squats w/ hollow bar: 1x10 (warmup) * Power snatch: 1x5 w/ hollow bar; 1x5x15kg/33lbs; 4x3x20/44 * Power clean: 1x5x20/44; 1x3x25/55; 2x3x30/66; 1x3x32.5/71.5 * Split jerks in the cage: 1x5x15/33; 1x3x25/55; 2x3x30/66; 1x3x35/77 * Front squats: 1x4x25/55; 1x3x30/66; 1x3x35/77; 2x3x40/88; 2x2x45/99 * Standing abs pulldown: 2x15x60 lbs. Treadmill: 15 minutes on hill program, level 6, 5.0 mph (1 1/4 miles) Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
