Default Keep on Lo-carbing!

I haven't posted here in a long time. I want to issue a warning.
If you are going to lo-carb stick with it. I fooled myself into
eating high carb, salty snacks. I counted them as part of my daily
carb intake. But I cheated and shrugged it off saying to myself "Well
I'm still lo-carbing at mealtime". In just a few weeks I went from
202 pounds (on my way to 195) to 207 pounds. Now I have to lose that
extra five pounds. I'm kicking myself. I gathered up the potato
chips, Ritz crackers and Cheese Nips and tossed them away.

Well, Gary, I'm not as bad as you, but I'm still rotten. After losing my
weight a year ago, I started adding fruit. Everything was fine - I even lost
another five pounds. Then I added some low carb bread. Big mistake.
Although the carbs were low and fitted comfortably with my daily allowance,
there was something in the bread that triggered me. My appetite came back
with a vengence, and I was hungry all the time and wanting 12 more loaves of
bread.

I gave the rest of the loaf to the birds and went back to induction. Whew!!

I don't think it was the carbs, but the increased quantity of food you ate.
