Default Food & Exercise -- 10/2/2003

Food:

8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

12:00 (Thai restaurant): chicken (~5 oz.) and asparagus (~3 oz.) in
garlic sauce, which I'm assuming had a little oil, though it didn't
taste oily

3:30 (gym, after cardio): protein bar

5:30 (gym -- a few bites of Ahmed's meal): 2 saltines w/ a little bit
of tuna salad between them; 2 bites of broccoli w/ cheese sauce

9:00 (home): 200g leftover turkey meatloaf w/ 3 slices melted f/f
cheese

11:45 (home): 248g f/f cottage cheese w/ 51g sugar free strawberry
preserves

Totals: 1423 calories, 38g fat (24%), 97g carbs (27%), 169g protein
(48%)

Exercise:

3:00 treadmill -- 20 minutes: 8 x (2 minutes easy jog, 30 seconds fast
sprint)

6:00 Olympic lifting:

shoulder warmups

Classic clean: 1x5x20kg/44lbs. -- warmup

Classic clean & jerk: 2x25/55; 2x30/66; 2x32.5/71.5; 1x35/77;
1x37.5/82.5; then tried at 40/88 and did a good clean but couldn't
make the jerk -- shoulder isn't up to it; then had about 6
unsuccessful attempts to clean 42.5/93.5 (which I should be able to do
easily enough but haven't tried in some time) -- and along the way in
there did another one at 37.5/82.5 {From the exercise perspective,
missed attempts are still useful, but not from the satisfaction
perspective :-) .)

Clean pulls from the hang: 2x5x42.5/93.5

Front squats: 1x5x20/44; 1x5x25/55; 1x3x35/77; 1x3x45/99
