Michelle's 1 month update
Well inspite of all the medical issues and happenings of the last
month or so, I went for my WW weigh in tonight. I was down 600g (1 lb) from my weigh in 1 month ago, so I am really pleased with myself. This is inspite of being hypothyroid and not doing any real exercise. Now I need to pick up the exercise so not to lose muscle, now all I need to do is find some motivation. My food choices on the whole have been good. I guess I really have changed my habits. I am reading the group still but am to tired to post alot, so congrats to all the losers. Great job on the good food choices, Michelle -- now you can build on that good
foundation by slowly adding another healthy habit. Changing everything at once can be so overwhelming -- but letting one good habit become a "no-brainer" before you add another one -- now that's a great strategy for success!
