Default Skim Milk Versus Whole Milk

A light bulb is going on in my head, a fat one. Because whole milk has
fewer carbs I have been using it for my SCD yogurt and have about two
cups a day as it has millions of friendly probiotic bacteria when
incubated 24 hours at home. Last week I started using 2% milk but still
feel like a blimp:-)
