Since the weather was so beautiful here last week I did my regular

errands
on foot rather than in my car. Every little bit helps!

There'll be one day this week that I definitely get in my exercise.

Trick
or Treating with DS (his first time). All the merchants in town

participate
in having treats for the kids, so that's what we'll be doing.

NYNY - Down 1 lb to 172

Glad I was down, hope I can stay there with all the chocolate around

this
weekend! We're getting to the time of the year when there is all kinds

of
baking around. I used to bake and give it away as gifts to some people.
Trying to decide whether I will do that or not this year. I think I

will
do
a bit, at least for the fellow who takes Nicholas' photos. He's single

with
a teenage son. He's a professional photographer, but mostly

concentrates
on
his website now, so we were lucky we knew him and he agreed to do our

pics.
He had Nicholas' picture on it for awhile. Probably will again in a few
weeks.

Here's his website if anyone is interested:

Thanks Fred. I'm not buying any candy for our household as we won't be home
for trick-or-treaters. I'm taking Nicholas trick-or-treating in town, so
will just have his little bag of goodies to deal with!

Good solid loss. Congrats. And watch the chocolate as you give it
away to the trick-treaters.

Thanks PR. It's nice to be a *loser* again. Just hope I can keep it up
through the renos at our shop, DH's surgery next week and the upcoming
holidays!

good for you and good luck with the candy, this is not an issue for me as I
sell all of it year round and rarely even have the urge to eat it. Now home
made fudge or peanut brittle that IS a challenge for me. I don't see why
you can't bake if you want, and maybe make lighter point things to give out,

Thanks Lee. I will do my best to resist DS Halloween treats. I've been
thinking about holiday baking and may just forget it this year. I have lots
on my plate already and if I add baking to the mix, I may not be able to
handle all the other stuff that is way more important!
