Hehe Thanks!

And for taking it Step by step... 185 for now.. then 175... then
165..then... That's how it works !!!! it's much easier to stay the

course
that way..

You know what- it's sort of like I had a revelation. There's no need to be
so overwhelmed by that 160. There are so many weights in between that I
might be JUST as happy (if not MORE happy to achieve- i.e. under 200) to

get
to as my final goal weight. Hopefully since I am exercising MUCH MUCH MUCH
more this time, I will drop some clothing sizes too. It was weird but I

had
lost 30lbs and only went down *1* clothing size (maybe 2 b.c I have a
feeling my before size was MUCH smaller than what I should have been
wearing). That in itself made it hard for me to even feel good about

losing
weight but I see this picture and wow...there was definitely a difference!

Thanks, Will!

It's alright! We can all do that every once in a while. The important

thing
is to wake up the next morning and say "Okay, back at it!" and get right
back on the WW bandwagon. I know that Christmas is going to be a HUGE
struggle for me in this sense but I keep reminding myself that the key is

to
just get back on it. I always deem vacation an anti-WW trip which might be
bad but I still watch portion sizes and try to not snack, I just don't eat
"special" food like I do at home and I usually end up gaining 3lbs when it
is all said and done but that's okay b/c I get back OP and it comes off! I
already know that my aunt's wedding weekend will most definitely NOT be

OP.
All the parties, dinners, breakfasts, etc etc etc. YIKES!

Heheh thanks, Carla!

Today I had a few back to back meetings for school. One of the meetings

was
at Greaters which is Cincinnati's famous ice cream shop. It is the

all-time
favorite ice cream of Oprah and President Bush! Lol. Anyway, it is VERY

VERY
VERY good and my most FAVORITE ice cream is from there (Black Raspberry
Chip). Well I had planned to get it and just suck it up but I skimmed the
nutritional info online and I was disgusted! I would use up ALL of my

daily
points on JUST that ice cream. When I got there I was flipping back and
forth and decided to just get it. BUT right when I went to order I changed
it to raspberry sorbet! It was SO good and only 4pts! Yay! I left there

with
a grin to ear to ear!

But there is more...when we got back to school I had another meeting. They
were giving away free Graeters in our student center starting at 10 so we
went over (despite a few of us having been to Graeters already) and I
thought I would just get the Black Raspberry Chip since I was healthy with
the sorbet. We got over there and the line was SO long. The longer I

waited,
the more I wanted it. So I decided to just tell them that I needed to get
home and I left. I didn't NEED that ice cream. I already HAD a treat.
Besides, I was bad and didn't have time to eat dinner before the meetings

so
I came home and had a Lean Cuisine and let myself have a few Baked Doritos
as a pat on the back for not having the bazillion point ice cream. I

stayed
right at my points value today (actually under because I got some APs but
I'm just going to 'throw them out').

And FINALLY- The summer of 2003 I got down to 185 and I led a retreat at

the
end of the summer at that weight. One of my retreatants gave me a picture
from it and I just dug it out. I look SO good in that picture! I can't
believe that I thought I was still huge at the time. I have now put it

right
here on my desk so I can see it. I want to look like that! I look HEALTHY
and my skin looks good. Sure, it's higher than my goal weight but if I

focus
on that 185 it sounds much more obtainable than the 160 for now. At my
physical in June my doctor said she wanted me to come back at Christmas

even
though it should have been my last visit because I am 18 and she's a
pediatrician but she wants to see my weight-loss results because it was

when
I decided to go back to WW. She said that if it's not working then she has
other "ideas" which she already told my mom about and it is low-carb. I do
NOT believe in the low-carb thing (it's just me- I'm so glad it works for
other people!) and I do NOT want it to come down to that so I want this to
work. Besides, I do NOT like my doctor because she makes me feel worthless
and I really don't think that she believes I can do this so I want to

prove
her wrong. She never got to see me at my 185 (which was the goal weight

she
wrote on my doctor's note since I was under 18 at the time) which

frustrates
me because she was out of town for my physical!

Enough rambling for now... SORRY!

or divide the cost by the ten pounds and put that amount in an envelope each
pound or half pound. The place I get my nails done charges $10.00 to $15.00
so that would be $1.50 a pound and is doable and then you paid for it
yourself from spending money, Lee, who has as her one luxury getting her

You know- I've been trying to find a reward that would make it worth it

and
I think you just hit the spot!!! A MANICURE!!! I got them for all of the
fancy events we had last year as a senior in HS and I want it again but I
have a hard time justifying paying for it and my parents wouldn't pay for

it
any more. Hmmm maybe I could make a deal with them. Every 10lbs I get a
manicure!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

You know what- it's sort of like I had a revelation. There's no need to

be
so overwhelmed by that 160. There are so many weights in between that I
might be JUST as happy (if not MORE happy to achieve- i.e. under 200) to

get

more this time, I will drop some clothing sizes too. It was weird but I

had
lost 30lbs and only went down *1* clothing size (maybe 2 b.c I have a
