Default Tadaaaaaa ! (INTL 1)

After having struggled and more or less maintained for 2 months, I decided
to recommit and just do it. No more excuses.
I signed up for the INTL challenge, journalled religiously, weighed in daily
to follow the trend, ate more fruit, moved more, made wise choices when
going out for dinner and... lost a tremendous 4.9 pounds! Not only that but
I entered a new kilo decade ( hadn't seen the 8 since I was 14) and....
finally finally finally entered Onederland, with a bang!
Woohoo, I 'm proud of me !
This feels even better than eating the 50 (!!) points worth of marzipan and
chocolate that Saint-Nicolas brought me on December 6.
Next minigoal is very close and as you can deduce from my sig-line another
one to celebrate...

Yay! That's a great loss in difficult circumstances! I made 5 kilos of
marzipan the other day, so I do understand!

Way to go, Nathalie ! I passed the 100 kg mark last Tuesday. I can
imagine how you must have felt when you saw that 8 appear on the
display of the scale. You must have been thrilled. Saint-Nicholas is
over so we can concentrate on Xmas and New Years Eve now. I try to save
some points in the coming weeks so I don't have to worry too much about
eating out on both Xmas days and New Years Eve.

Keep up your spirit !
