How sad JC!

It took one year to do it and I've lost many dress sizes - 24 to 14. But, I haven't lost one pound since Memorial Day. I just keep gaining and losing the same one or two pounds. I exercise hard at the gym 3 times a week and never cheat. So what's up? 226/176/150 |

But about 6 months ago I stopped losing weight, then I started slowly putting pounds back on. It wasn't until I had mind-numbing cramps with nausea and vomiting to figure out that I'm gluten intolerant. I always was, but eating low carb grains (with a higer gluten count) brought out extreme symptoms. Now I'm diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I'm keeping away from gluten and the pounds are coming off slowly again. So sometimes it isn't as simple as changing your exercise routine. Yvone |

Yes, it is sad when someone eats too much.

So what's up? 226/176/150 When I hit a stall, I did the Atkins Fat Fast and lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Looking back on it, it was moderately hard to do, but during that 2 weeks, it was tough. atkins fat fast is never to be done for more than 5 days as per the book. peace, pen Check out this web site. You do the phase 1 for 4 or 5 days then phase 2 for a week. That's 11 or 12 days, not 5. The Atkins fat fast is much safer than being morbibly obese and stuck in a stall.
